Purpose
The Vassar Chamber of Commerce was organized in 1979. Our purpose is to promote and meet the needs of business and industry while enhancing the best community in which to live, work, and do business. We do this through planning and supporting events, building relationships, and promoting member businesses, and providing useful information.

New members of the Board of Directors are elected each year at the Chamber Membership Annual Meeting in February for 3 year terms. The board elects its own officers each year.
